My Hamster Says HELLO~

Happy Chinese New Year everyone~!

hehe... Tmr would be the 1st day of CNY, yeah! Can't wait... :)

Since CNY is so near, i decided to clean my hamster's cage and giv my hamster (name's hammie..teehee..) a nice bath...hahaha...

Then wrap him in a towel to make its fur dry...

CNY Cookies~! (part 3)

Mom baked pineapple cookies yesterday... This is my favorite one compared to the other 2 cookies!! hehe... Simply delicious~! :)

CNY Cookies~! (Part 2)

Here is another cookie that me and sis baked! Its call the "London Almond Cookies". My sis got the recipe from her friends... Can make up to 70 -80 cookies....Yum~ yum~

Dough...

Almonds and hazelnuts!!

Take a little bit of dough and put an almond/hazelnut inside...

Then make it round...

All done~! hehe...

Then put it in the oven to baked~

Then, melted the chocolate!

After its baked, put some of the melted chocolates on top of each cookies~!

Sprinkle almond nips on top! :)

Tada~! All done... phew~!

Delicious~!

CNY COOKIES~!

Ok...Enough about shopping, today im gonna blog about CNY cookies tat my mom make every year!! YUMMY~ My mom used to make many of different kinds of cookies, but now becoming lazy and decided to make only 2 kinds, and one of them is this! I dunno the exact name of the cookies, but call it "Riben cookies", coz it looks like small little riben! So, yea...we've been calling it 'Riben cookies' for a long time....

Since CNY is nearing, me and my mum baked the cookies yesterday...and hell yeah, its a LOT of work!!! Making the small 'ribens' one by one for a few hours...imagine that~ :$

Here's pictures of the process in making the cookies...~

then roll it flat!

Cut it to small triangles and make it 2 layered.....

3 trays..!! (my hands are really exhausted!)

Then fried them!!

Till its golden and crunchy!! yum~

Shopaholic~

Just back from my shopping trip at KL on Sunday.. Didnt bought much though...aih... Wanted to buy a pair of high heels, but didnt see any nice one...aih... Nvm, i shall look for one somewhere in Melaka..haha...

Me, sis and waileng went to KL on saturday morning and back on sunday evening. All stay at my sis bedroom...haha... Squeeze like sardins...

On Saturday, we went to Sg. Wang and Times Square. All my clothes are bought from there. On Sunday, we went to Mid Valley, and that's where i bought my bag from MOMOE. hehe....Love my bag so muchie~ Love the shop as well....hehe.... The shop, MOMOE is at the highest floor in midvalley, the cinema level....

Mom's tang yuan

Tang yuan season is here again... okok, i might be tiny little bit late in posting, but gonna post it anyway..better late than nothing rite? haha..

FYI, i dun eat tang yuan...haha, but i like to take pictures of mom making tang yuan... Every year, i halp to make those cute little tang yuan hor..dun say i didnt do anything..hehe
